Ti-15V-3Al-3Cr-3Sn titanium foil is an ultra-thin near-β titanium alloy strip developed for high-end precision manufacturing. It is produced via vacuum melting, hot rolling breakdown, multi-pass precision cold rolling and solution & aging heat treatment (Complex forming is performed in the solution-treated state, while final high strength is achieved in the aged state, enabling control over processing and performance). The key advantage of this material is its formability and end-use strength can be controlled separately as required. In practical engineering applications, different titanium materials exist some differences:

• Gr1 Titanium Foil: highest ductility, the lowest strength, applyfor extreme forming operations
• Gr2 Titanium Foil: well-balanced overall properties, suitable for general industrial applications
• Gr4 Titanium Foil: the highest strength among pure titanium grades, with improved load-bearing capacity but increased processing difficulty
• Gr5 Titanium Foil: a high-strength structural material, difficult to cold-form
• Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al Titanium Foil: Complex forming is performed in the solution-treated state, while final high strength is achieved in the aged state, enabling control over processing and performance.
