ASTM B160 Ni200 nickel wire (UNS N02200) is a commercially pure nickel rod and wire product conforming to ASTM B160. Nickel content ≥99.0% (plus cobalt) with FCC crystal structure, offering excellent caustic alkali corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. ASTM B160 governs chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional tolerances for nickel bar and wire used in chemical processing, electronics, and food industries. Available from φ0.1 mm to φ6.5 mm, customizable up to φ10.0 mm, as straight wire or coil.
