Products & Materials
What materials does Titanium Valley supply?
We specialize in commercially pure titanium (Gr1, Gr2, Gr4), titanium alloys (Gr5 / Ti-6Al-4V), nickel (Ni200, Ni201), and zirconium. Available product forms include foil, sheet, strip, round bar, rod, wire, and precision-cut parts. All products conform to ASTM, AMS, ISO, and GB standards.
What is the difference between Gr1, Gr2, Gr4, and Gr5 titanium?
Gr1 (CP-Ti): Maximum ductility and corrosion resistance; ideal for low-stress applications requiring extreme formability.

Gr2: The most widely used commercially pure grade — balanced strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance at competitive cost; preferred for chemical equipment and heat exchangers.

Gr4: Highest strength among CP grades (485–550 MPa UTS); suited for aerospace fasteners, medical implants, and high-stress structural parts.

Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V): The leading titanium alloy (895 MPa UTS min.); outstanding fatigue resistance for primary aerospace structures and orthopedic implants.
What size ranges and tolerances can you produce?
Foil / Sheet: Thickness 0.02–1.0 mm, width up to 680 mm.
Bar / Rod: Diameter Φ3–300 mm.
Wire: Diameter 0.05–6 mm.

Standard tolerances per ASTM B348, B265, B863, or as specified by the customer. Precision-ground and close-tolerance stock are available on request.
Are products available in both annealed and cold-worked conditions?
Yes. Commercially pure titanium (Gr1–Gr4) is available in annealed (O temper), cold-worked (H temper), and stress-relieved conditions. Gr5 is supplied in annealed or STA (solution treated and aged) condition per ASTM B265 / B348 or AMS 4928. Temper must be specified at time of order.
Ordering & Lead Times
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product form. Sample and qualification orders (1–5 kg) are accepted — contact us for sample pricing.
What are standard lead times?
In-stock standard items ship within 3–7 business days. Custom dimensions or processing typically require 15–30 business days depending on specification and quantity. Expedited production is available for urgent requirements — contact sales@titaniumvalleys.com for availability.
Can you provide custom dimensions and processing?
Yes. We offer custom cutting, precision straightening, surface grinding (Ra 0.8–3.2 μm), annealing, acid pickling, and non-standard cross-sections. Drawings or DXF files are accepted for custom part orders. Please include target dimensions, tolerances, and applicable standard in your inquiry.
How do I request a quotation?
Submit an inquiry via our Contact Us page or email sales@titaniumvalleys.com with: material grade, product form, dimensions, quantity, applicable standard, and any special requirements. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
Quality & Certification
What quality standards and certifications do you hold?
The company has established a comprehensive quality management system and holds ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, ISO 13485:2016 Medical Device Quality Management System certification, and RoHS environmental compliance certification. All products are manufactured and tested in accordance with international standards including ASTM B348, B265, B863, F67, F136, and AMS 4904, ensuring consistent and reliable product quality. Third-party testing and certification services are available upon request.
Do you provide material test reports (MTR)?
Yes. Every shipment includes a full material test report (MTR) covering chemical composition, mechanical properties (UTS, yield strength, elongation), and dimensional inspection results. EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates are standard; 3.2 certificates with third-party witnessing are available on request.
What nondestructive testing (NDT) methods are available?
We offer ultrasonic testing (UT) per ASTM B600 / AMS 2631, eddy current testing for wire and thin bar, visual and dimensional inspection, and surface roughness measurement. All NDT results are documented and provided with the material certificate. Customer or third-party witness inspection can be arranged.
Technical Support
Can you help with material selection for my application?
Yes. Our engineering team provides application-based guidance covering grade, temper, and product form selection. For requirements involving fatigue, corrosion resistance, or biocompatibility, we can recommend the most appropriate specification and arrange test coupons. Email your application details to sales@titaniumvalleys.com.
Can titanium be welded? What methods are recommended?
Yes. Both commercially pure titanium (Gr1–Gr4) and Gr5 alloy are readily weldable. GTAW (TIG) is the standard method, requiring high-purity argon shielding (≥99.999%) and full back-purging to prevent contamination. Laser and electron beam welding are suitable for precision applications. Post-weld stress relief annealing (580–650°C, 1–2 hr for CP grades) is recommended to restore ductility and reduce residual stress.
How should titanium products be stored and handled?
Store in a clean, dry environment away from chlorinated solvents, strong acids, alkalis, and iron contamination. Handle foil and thin sheet with clean cotton or nitrile gloves to prevent fingerprint corrosion. Avoid contact with carbon steel tooling; use dedicated stainless steel or titanium tooling. Keep original packaging intact until use.
What surface finish is recommended for medical implant applications?
Medical-grade titanium (Gr4 or Gr5 per ASTM F67 / F136) for implants typically requires Ra ≤0.8 μm on critical contact surfaces, with hydrogen content controlled to <0.0125%. We supply precision-ground bar stock for implant applications with full traceability and 3.1 mill certificates. Final machining should use dedicated titanium tooling with flood coolant.
Shipping & Payment
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with established logistics to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, and Australia. Full export documentation — commercial invoice and packing list — is provided for all international shipments. CIF, DDP, DAP, and FOB Shenzhen/Shanghai shipping terms are available.
What payment terms are available?
Standard terms: T/T (bank wire transfer) — 30% advance payment and 70% balance prior to shipment. Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is accepted for orders over USD 50,000. For established customers, net 30/60 open account terms are available subject to credit evaluation.
How are products packaged for export?
Foil / Sheet: Interleaved with PE protective film, rolled on cardboard core, vacuum-sealed, and packed in wooden crates with desiccant.
Bar / Rod: Bundled with waterproof kraft paper and stretch film, foam-padded in wooden cases.
Wire: Wound on reels or coiled with paper interleaving, boxed in cartons or wooden crates.

All export packaging complies with ISPM-15 phytosanitary requirements.
