ASTM B160 Ni200 Nickel Wire
UNS N02200 is a commercially pure wrought nickel alloy with a minimum nickel content of 99.0%. It meets ASTM B160 and AMS 5550 specifications and is classified as a high-purity nickel alloy.N02200 offers exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity while maintaining good corrosion resistance and ductility. This unique composition provides:

Ni200 Nickel Wire
Ni200 nickel wire (UNS N02200) is a commercially pure nickel material with ≥99.0% nickel (plus cobalt) content and a face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure. It delivers outstanding corrosion resistance in alkaline media and neutral salt solutions, dramatically outperforming stainless steel in caustic alkali service. The material also features good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and formability. Ni200 is widely used in chlor-alkali processing, food processing equipment, electronic components, and synthetic fiber production. Available from φ0.1 mm to φ6.5 mm, customizable up to φ10.0 mm, as straight wire or coil.
