Gr1 Titanium Wire (ASTM Grade 1/UNS R50250) offers the highest purity and best ductility among industrial titanium grades. Titanium content ≥99.5% with tightly controlled impurities and excellent weldability.

The preferred choice for applications demanding high purity, corrosion resistance, and formability. Available from φ0.1 mm to φ6.5 mm, customizable up to φ10.0 mm, as straight wire or coil.
