1. Introduction

Gr2 ASTM F67 Titanium Foil is a medical-grade ultra-thin titanium foil made from Grade 2 commercially pure titanium, with a titanium content of ≥99.2%. It fully meets ASTM F67 and ISO 5832-2 implant-grade standards. The material offers a good balance of purity, strength, and form ability, and is one of the most widely used commercially pure titanium materials in medical applications.
