1. Introduction
Gr4 Titanium Foil is an ultra-thin titanium strip manufactured by precision rolling from Grade 4 industrial pure titanium with a titanium purity of no less than 99%.
Among all pure titanium foils, Grade 4 titanium foil offers the highest strength and stability, along with the lowest ductility, making it suitable for high-strength applications.
Among commercially purte titianium foils:
- Grade 1 Titanium Foil: high ductility, low strengh
- Grade 2 Titanium Foil: moderate ductility and strength
- Grade 4 Titanium Foil: lowset ductility and hignest strength
