1. Product Introduction

Gr1 0.02mm Titanium Foil is produced from Grade 1 commercially pure titanium for ultra-thin Grade 1 foil supply.

It is supplied for microforming, flexible foil and high-formability ultra-thin applications with attention to stable chemistry, dimensional consistency and practical mill delivery requirements.

2. Manufacturing and Supply Capabilities

Process flow: Melting → Forging → Hot Rolling Breakdown → Multi-pass Precision Cold Rolling → Cleaning → Annealing → Leveling → Slitting or Sheeting → Inspection and Packaging.

Available with bright, matte, cleaned or protected surface condition according to product requirements. Thickness, width, flatness and slit condition can be controlled to meet routine processing and custom supply needs.
