1. Introduction
Gr1 ASTM F67 Titanium Foil is a high-purity, commercially pure titanium foil designed for medical implant use. It contains at least 99.5% titanium and fully complies with ASTM F67 and ISO 5832-2 implant-grade standards. With a typical thickness of no more than 1.0 mm, it offers excellent biocompatibility, strong resistance to corrosion, and good forming ability. It is well-suited for long-term implants and demanding medical environments that require high cleanliness.
Standard sizes range from 0.02 to 1.0 mm in thickness, with widths from 15 to 680 mm. Ultra-thin options of 0.005–0.02 mm can also be customized for minimally invasive implants and precision medical devices.
Throughout production, strict control is maintained over impurities such as oxygen, hydrogen, and iron. The foil is made using vacuum melting, precision rolling, and clean surface finishing processes. This ensures a stable internal structure, consistent performance, and a clean, defect-free surface suitable for medical applications.

3. Surface Treatment & Quality Control
Cleaned via ultrasonic and alkaline solution, with a stable surface dyne level of 40 for excellent formability.
Continuous argon annealing with a temperature tolerance of ±2℃. Solution heat treatment improves plasticity and strength, resulting in uniform surface color.
Production line automation rate reaches 90%. Full-process inspection ensures superior dimension, perfect surface quality and mechanical properties.
