1) Introduction

Grade 1 titanium foil is an alpha single-phase industrial pure titanium ultra-thin coil with a titanium purity of ≥99.5%. Strictly controll the impurity to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Standard specification: Thickness 0.02–1.0 mm, Width 350–670 mm
  • Thicknesscan be customized: 0.001–0.008 mm, Suitable for general industrial applications as well as high-precision fields including microelectronics and optics.

2) Production Process & Equipment

  • Our company focuses on making high-end titanium, nickel, zirconium and alloy With advanced 20-high precision rolling mills, we can roll ultra-thin, wide strips with very high precision.
  • Majorequipment: 750 mm 20high precision rolling mill
    • Thickness tolerance: ±0.001 mm
    • Multi-pass rolling delivers consistent, uniform strip shape.
  • We have achieved mass production of ultra-thin wide-width foil and can provide stable bulk supply. 

3) Surface Treatment & Quality Control

  • Cleaned via ultrasonic and alkaline solution, with a stable surface dyne level of 44 for excellent formability.
  • Continuous argon annealing with a temperature tolerance of ±2℃. Solution heat treatment improves plasticity and strength, resulting in uniform surface color.
  • Production line automation rate reaches 90%. Full-process inspection ensures superior dimension, perfect surface quality and mechanical properties.

1) Production Line Strength

Baoji Titanium Valley Ti-Ni-Zr Material Processing Co., Ltd. has invested a total of $36.2 million in high-end strip and foil production, establishing an  advanced production line for titanium, nickel, zirconium and their alloy strips and foils in the world.

The production line specializes in the stable rolling of ultra-thin, wide-width strips, overcoming critical industry challenges such as springback, difficult shape control and inconsistent material properties. We achieved stable mass production of high-end titanium foil.

With an annual capacity of 3,000 tons, the production line is expected to realize an annual output value of $116 million, supporting large-volume supply demands from high-end customers in aerospace, electronics, new energy, chemical engineering and other industries.
